Economical Window insulation Treatments
I have been researching this area, as my electricity bill is way too high. I discovered some excellent D.I.Y. products from the very large Bunnings Hardware store. There are two main products a Metallized coated or sooty shaded plastic. One can apply these simply yourself. While, I had gained a quote from an installation company, it is easy to Do It Yourself . I first had this installed in the car an it made a dramatic improvement. I am going to the eviro store to check out the Clear Comfort product. Its an inexpensive, indoor D.I.Y. window light weight treatment. Its been available for years in the USA. Given the likely rapid rise in Australian electricity bills. I am sure we will all be checking this out, shortly. I went to Clark Rubber an checked their products, I expect theirs is a better product. Its quite suprisingly inexpensive to add insulation to your windows!
